Magento Stylesheet is not loading after clearing cache -

I am modifying a Magento theme After clearing the cache, the stylesheet is no longer loading on the homepage. I can already see the stylesheet path but when I clicked on it, I could not find it. Any idea ... why this is happening please help.

But on the Category page, the stylesheet is loading properly.

The strange thing is that the homepage is fully loading the stylesheet, but without "index" php ?? The stylesheet is not loading.
