Can I use Google's Polymer platform and legally make a profit? -

I have developed a webpage using Google's polymer platform. I have realized since then that I can make a profit using this webpage, but if I am lawful I am inexperienced. Is anyone allowed to use their platform for any purpose? Thanks a lot!
