android - Eclipse lost shortcut for inspect while debugging ctrl+shift+i -

I'm trying to restore a shortcut with a succcess by clicking on CTRL + SHIFT + I There was a shortcut for but now I do not have this feature available, it seems that has disappeared.

Any ideas of restoring it? Thanks!

Is it true that Maven's real advantage is that its project structure is clearly defined and therefore it should be opened. Could any IDE support Maven?
