java - Export JAR File and include Dependencies -

I have a project in Eclipse and I want to use a library. When I debug this project, it works. But when I export it, the jar does not get involved, and I get a classNotFoundException .

How can I export a project, and I can include another (JR-) file. It is not a runable JAR file. I already try to copy the library in my project
