How can I map iOS or android appID to facebook appID? -

Creating an advertisement for the purpose of Facebook advertising API "mobile_app_install" requires an FB update. Is there a way to map iOS apps or Android apps to Facebook apps or is there a way to create such ads without the Facebook app?
